Bible interpretation

This is an article about a 18 year boy in Norway who was thrown out of his church and his job as choir director, due to his sexual orientation.

Du kan ikke tenke at eldre menn som tok yngre gutter som elskere fordi det gav status på Jesu tid, er det samme som homofil kjærlighet mellom to likeverdige i dag", sier korleder Brevig.

"This is ultimately about Bible interpretation. I think that you must have a certain historical perspective when you read the Bible. You can not think that older men who took young boys as lovers because it gave the status of Jesus' time, is the same as gay love between two equal people today", says choir director Dan-Elias Brevig.
